ZYTC Alloy Completes AMS 5662P Alloy 718 Ring Export to France – Precision-Engineered Superalloy Solutions
ZYTC Alloy is proud to announce the successful completion and delivery of anAlloy 718 ring order exported to France. Manufactured to the stringent AMS 5662P specification, the Alloy 718 ring, sized ø285×ø255×200mm, was produced in the solution heat-treated condition and passed all rigorous quality inspections before dispatch.
Alloy 718, also known as UNS N07718 or Inconel® 718, is a precipitation-hardenable nickel-chromium superalloy that delivers exceptional mechanical properties across a broad temperature range. This nickel-based alloy maintains high strength and creep-rupture resistance from cryogenic temperatures up to 1300°F (700°C), combined with outstanding oxidation resistance up to 1800°F (980°C). Alloy 718 also offers excellent weldability with resistance to postweld cracking, a feature that distinguishes it from many other nickel-base superalloys hardened by aluminum and titanium.
